Theme: “SECURE-SCO,” an acronym coined by Prime Minister Narendra Modi standing for Security, Economic development, Connectivity, Unity, Respect for sovereignty, and Environmental protection.
Design: The cover features the official logo of the 2023 SCO Conference and a special New Delhi postmark dated June 15, 2023.
Postage Stamp: A ₹5.00 (500 Paise) stamp was issued alongside the cover, depicting the SCO logo against the background of the Indian national flag.
